Dining with the Chef - Season 3 Episode 26 Rika's TOKYO CUISINE: Shabu-shabu with Hot SoyMilk Broth
Overview: Our main focus this episode is on shabu-shabu, a famous Japanese dish on par with sushi or tempura. We'll be using soy milk, a convenient way to get the healthy protein of soybeans, to make the shabu-shabu broth with Chinese and Japanese chili spices and use it to quickly and deliciously cook plenty of pork and vegetables.
