Overview: Shiu Tai promotes Tin Chun to the post of acting chief director. At first, Tin Chun is very glad, however, he later finds that he actually has no legitimate power. So, he pretends to be weak and takes a step backward. Finally, Shiu Tai lets him be the one who makes decision for the company. On the other hand, Shiu Tai feels that his health condition becomes worse and he contacts his lawyer to make a will. Man Yi misses Shin Tai very much and she goes to visit him.
