Overview: Fei-lung tells Shuang Shuang that he shall build a dam and a reservoir in order to flood the barbarians. He then let Shuang Shuang go deli irately so that she can tell Chor-ping about the conspiracy. Fei Lung's real intention is to meet Chor-ping so that he can kill him.
