Overview: At night, WAH is being sent to the prison. It is because he fought against BILL who belonged to the SHUN LOK Triad. KWONG and MAN mingle into the fish market. They find SING extorted money from the fish seller. SING drives away all fish boats which do not have a 'HUNG' flag. They are not allowed to disembark in his area. KWAN punishes HUNG by chopping him off into pieces as he has betrayed WAH. He then throws his dead body pieces into the sea to feed the fish. TAI and his wife back to Hong Kong. The next day TAI reports duty to WAI. TAI and WAI are holding a wedding banquet in a Chinese restaurant. KWAN and his friends are also in the same restaurant. Meanwhile, BILL arrives with his subordinates to take revenge on KWAN. The cops devise to stop them from stirring up sedition.
