Overview: The theme for this episode is sautéing. We're going to cook a world-famous Japanese food, teriyaki swordfish. The thick-sliced, nicely-browned swordfish is sautéed in the sweet, aromatic teriyaki sauce until it's been glazed beautifully. For our second dish, we're making daikon radish steak, sautéed in great-smelling sesame oil, and topped with grated daikon to add a refreshing flavor.
